There we’re 6 of us that decided to come here after a hike. There was little to no wait and plenty of parking while other places in the area had hour+ wait times and limited/paid parking. This place does not have an ocean view but has a wide selection of delicious food choices. Our only issue was that we ordered a few burgers rare- medium rare and they all came out medium well - well done. To their credit, the manager came over and offered us several options for remedy the situation. Other than that it was a great environment with a full bar and wide menu. I would give it another try.
Delicious Californian restaurant serving tasty breakfast and lunch/dinner. There is a nice terrace to eat outside. The place is modern and well decorated.
Stumbled upon Ollo while driving through Malibu and so happy we did! The food was delicious!! Our server was great, and we had a great chat with the manager.
The matzo ball soup was delicious, a great way to start a meal. The broth was so flavourful and my mom loved the matzo ball.
They have a selection of preset pizzas (which my mom went for - she got the wild mushroom & spinach pizza and loved it), my dad and I made our own pizza. He got Hawaiian (ham & pineapple) and I got a very loaded pizza haha, you pay per topping so before you go wild like me, keep in mind it can get expensive quickly. Worth every penny though!
The dessert was delicious, we almost ordered a second one after we finished the first.
The blackberry lemon drop cocktail was delicious. Very refreshing and fruity!
Their patio is covered and dog friendly!
Will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Malibu! 10/10 would recommend. The interior and vibe is great too.
Ollo was great! Had the short rib w risotto paired w a bold red blend. Meat was tender n cooked to perfection and wine was served nicely.
We Had dinner tonight, salmon bowl,,, out of this world tasty,, grilled to perfection, moist and flacky,,, the cilantro lime dressing is to die for,,
But I had to take of one star for the blackened grilled chicken bowl, the chicken was dry and under cooked,, just like rubber would taste like, stay away from this dish.
Next the apple strudel, yamy yamy I can eat this all day and never stop loving it.
Last but not least the exceptional customer service, attentive, polite, knowledgeable, fast and efficient service, one cannot ask for more.
Looked for a spot and this place popped up. A solid restaurant with a great menu selection & neighborhood bar vibe.
I ordered their lentil soup which was top notch(top 3 lentil soups I’ve ever had). The golden milk latte with turmeric creamer was pretty descent. For the entree I chose their huevos rancheros and it was solidly done. Great presentation, the flavors were on point but I wish I ordered some meat on the side to compliment the dish. I thought the crab cakes were good, not the greatest but they were alright.
I’d definitely come back, a little on the pricey side but I’m interested in checking their other menu items.
I was so impressed with my Short Rib Risotto, and Coconut Sorbet. My guest enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan for the first time, it was a 🏆🏆🏆. The Risotto was full of flavor. I didn't need to add anything. I asked for spicy🔥🔥🔥, and it was given. One of the best meals I have had in awhille. Thank you Chino (cook) for making this a wonderful experience. I appreciated Louis (waiter) for accommodating Stir Fri so he could enjoy his meal as well. Great customer service. Shout out to Spencer(manager) for his hospitality and managing a great restaurant, and staff. I will always recommend Ollo.❤️❤️❤️
My wife and I got the two egg breakfast which came with a surprising amount of eggs. I had an oat milk cappuccino which was exactly the right Espresso strength I was looking for from a mid-morning breakfast, but they didn't steam the milk they warmed and used a frother (different texture). Food otherwise was good quality, tasty, and the pancakes were the right doughiness and syrup-soaking.
Nice interior with central indoor plants.
Brandon, Delfino & Mike, makes the Bar area the best place to have a nice solo Brunch.
