The food was mediocre. There must be a shortage of pulled pork because we barely got any with our bowl and tacos. But the real reason for the low review is because the two people working were probably the grouchiest people in the world. Ironically the sign in the window said they were hiring smiling faces. Guess these two got the job for other reasons...

Very Disappointed in the Quantity of how much I get in a bowl, not to mention it was just thrown in the bowl. Employee with long hair just dangling over the bowl as a serving our food. Pop machines have been broke down like for the end of the day, so when I go to get pop it’s sprays everywhere. Someone needs to take a close look at the proper way to run a restaurant.

Unfortunately I had to delete my 5 star review.. I've ate here for many years since it opened up and my visit today was absolutely miserable and a on going problem I noticed.. my food was great and the employee's was awesome. but over the years this place has had a serious problem with A/C... my visit today was 80 degrees inside the store and climbing, outside temp is 84.. I've been told in the past the owner didn't like turning the A/C on (if true or not i have no clue) but I was only able to eat half my food and packed it up as I was soaked in sweat just sitting in the booth and mind you I'm also on a motorcycle... owner really needs to figure out this occurring A/C problem as I can only imagine having to work in a closed up building in this kind of temperature all day and no air

The staff is rude and disrespectful. Obviously they did not want our business. And in addition they gave the smallest portions.

I love the food here and, IMO, hot head queso is FAR better than chipotle. However, every time I order online, the order is wrong. I'm not totally sure how it happens so often since the order details are stapled to the bag. Tonight I was missing both of the salsas I ordered and instead had a bunch of fajita veggies that were not supposed to be there. I called and spoke to the assistant manager who said 2 trainees are working so that's probably why the order was wrong. I totally understand new employees going slow and making mistakes but if they're still training, I'd think someone would be checking their work. Anyway.. the food is good, just go inside to order and don't use the online ordering.

I ordered doordash from this store and received my three tacos had raw meat in them. Could not eat any of it.

We came in for a quick lunch and it was great! Fresh chicken, steak and pork. Hot head sauce is always killer. The loxation was a lot cleaner and employees were very nice.

I grew up around here and I used to love the food, it's my favorite burrito place and when I come back to visit it's been on my short list.
However the staff at this location are absurd. I've never seen this level of incompetence. My burrito was shaped like a burger.
Edit: if your staff is new, have you tried training them? If your end product looks wrong, why would you sell it and not remake? Stop blaming others for your own bad experience.
