We had quite a few people with us. The lady who took our huge order handled it like a champ and they got all our food to us pretty darn fast. The food was great too. No complaints at all.

Kip took my order. His enthusiasm is contagious. I was at the drivethru ordering a couple drinks and a bite to eat. I asked who took my order as a I wanted to put a face to the person that took our order. Kip and his crew are an asset to Sonic. I will recommend, and I will be back.

We love Sonic, but this one is far below chain's standards. Ordered hamburgers with Jalapeños came with no Jalapeños. French fries were tater tots and Luke warm.

Sonic worker got our order which wasn't that intricate correct after one time. Which isn't the norm with fast food these days. I always comment it's not brain surgery but it's not menial work, that's for sure. They did a great job fast and friendly.

The guy who served us was fast and very helpful. We had stopped in because it was a hot day and we all wanted something cold right away.
I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention him. He had a beard and was working on the afternoon of June 6th.

We decided to drive by here for food because my partner has never experienced eating at a Sonic before. Even though people don't come out to serve your order on roller skates anymore I wanted her to try the food at least. We ordered two Crispy Chicken sandwiches (one combo and the other as a standalone) with Tater Tots, medium Strawberry Limeade, Onion Rings and a Sonic Blst Butterfinger flavor. The sandwiches are good, the onion rings are more on the sweet side and the limeade was 80% ice which was sad because it was delicious but I felt like I didn't get enough of the drink. The Sonic Blast was also yummy.
I recommend you ask for little ice if you order a combo with your meal to get more out of your drink.

Sonic is always good. This lunch hit the spot after traveling. Very friendly and upbeat staff, which is a nice refresher after the craze of covid.
The only bummer and not a fault of the restaurant is that the bathroom was permanently closed due to vandalism. We were on the road for a while and needed to use it. Lol
I hope people can learn to respect property again.

Every time I visit sonics in Madras it's been a good experience the staff there is kind of news sometimes it seems but they're learning always have a smile on their face and nothing but polite words. I ordered a chicken slinger with extra pickles and every time they make it fresh. Also the chicken slingers a great price under $3 I would recommend trying it!

Angela is amazing well you know to be honest who isn't amazing at this location? They have changed so much from when I first moved here. I stopped even going to sonic due to the interesting service they used to provide. Now it's quick and the workers actually take the time to say his to my kiddos. Helps that they also put up with my off the wall ten kids slushy mixes. The must mute the speaker when they sigh and I have yet to see them roll their eyes. Thanks Guys,

Amazing quick service, delicious food and easy access. My kids love the the grilled cheese sandwiches. I love the price. This is a must stop in or out of Bend. I love the huge burgers, loaded with all the good stuff.

Today was my first time trying Sonics food! I've tried almost all their slushie flavors. My mom and I got a number two with onion rings and my boyfriend got a number 3 with tots! We also got some of their Motza sticks to share! Okay, yes, this place is spendier than, let's say McDonald's, BUT these burgers are amazingggg and Sonic's options KILL those other fast food menus...they have everything from burgers and chili dogs to loaded fries and boneless wings AND they have slushies that go half price during happy hour. The food was nice and fresh. Their onion rings were so crunchy and have like a funnel cake after taste! The customer service was amazing...we walked up to the place not realizing that you order from the screens they have posted outside, but right away we were helped by an employee!! Thanks for the help and FRESH food! Till next time! 🤙🏻

As a former manager I understand the struggle. Love the mac and cheese bites. I do recommend putting less soda in the cup so it doesn't come out the top in the car. Love this place. Every month theres something new. The owner is a great guy. Thank you for giving me opportunity and growth while I was working there.
