Pinto beans were good, not ranch style. Slaw was too wet but pretty decent. Sausage was fine. Ribs were good with sauce. Brisket was disappointing. It shouldn't need sauce or salt and I added both.

I thought I was pretty hungry but apparently they thought I was starving. Ordered a 1 meat rib plate for 13 incl tax and got 3 ginormous ribs and two sides. I felt like Fred Flintstone eating a brontosaurus rib.
They were incredibly tender, huge and good. Couldn’t even finish my sides. Sauce was a heavier than I like vinegar base but not too much not to enjoy. Well done.
Pretty busy pick up place for locals so I’m guessing others like it too.

THE BEST TURKEY SANDWICH!! Wow. HUGE sandwich. So juicy and delicious! BBQ sauce is amazing too! Highly recommended! I just happened to see this little restaurant when leaving Buccees and stopped in and so glad I did. The girls who work her are the sweetest too! Definitely coming back every time I’m in the area! 😋

Excellent food, cooked to order or prepared to order rather and the time it takes is worth it. Huge seating area so plenty of social distance this time of day on a Tuesday. Dad loves the Roadhouse Burger so got a couple for their BOGO 1/2 price. Don't forget to get some of that cobbler while your at it.

Been craving some good brisket and this was the right place! Loved the marble brisket and trimmings!
Great service too...I didn't have my reading glasses and she let me borrow hers to see the menu! That was incredibly sweet of her!

Great meat selections. My hubby had the beef brisket and two sides. I had the chicken fried steak with two sides. We also shared a some bread pudding. It was all delicious!

Delicious meal in Madisonville!!
My ribs were absolute perfection- tender, bark-y, and with a delicious glaze coating.
The brisket was also delicious and so tender. I had cole slaw and loaded mashed potatoes for sides and they were very tasty as well, but the real star was the meat.
My friends had burgers, and I tried them and can confirm they were also delicious.
I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often because this BBQ is so amazing!!

Decided to try this place in Madisonville while driving down from Dallas. Definitely worth the stop. BBQ was on point. Sides were good. It was 3:00 in the afternoon in the food was still fresh.
