Mcdonald's

Horrific experience with the general manager (I believe her name was stephanie). I placed an order with the mobile app, and checked in when I arrived. 20 minutes go by and my food doesn't come to me. So I go inside to check what was going on. The machine that reads the orders does not have mine on it and she states that she cannot give me my order since the machine doesn't have it. I show her on the app where my order went through and in my bank account where the money had been taken out. She still refused to give me my order or provide a refund. She tells me to come back on another day for a refund. If you can give me my money back 2 days later, then you should be able to give it back on the day of the faulty transaction. I have emailed corporate, and they said they forwarded the message to the local franchise, however nothing has been done yet. If you are wanting to go here, do so at your own risk. I'd recommend the burger king across the street first. Much better QUALITY of customer service. The McDonald's manager makes the entire establishment look BAD.

Recently this past weekend went in with family members and overheard two coworkers young girls cussing at customers and the supervisor was near by. I am shocked that they would even allow this behavior in front of customers. Its really sad and I hope the general manager sees this and rectify the situation. Apparently this is what they do all the time.

All a lot of McDonald's in our United States but I will give credit where credit is due the one in Madison his own time very nice people and if they mess your order up they do not act like it's your fault they fix it with a smile that means a lot to me and my book Bing as a paying customer most people since coronavirus hit act like it is a big inconvenience for them to have to do anything at all even to take your order through a speaker but not at this one

Super fast, friendly and delicious. Ignore any negative comments, most are just entitled spoiled people. If you like McDonald’s food, you’ll like it here better than most McDonald’s. If somethings wrong, they happily help fix it. Also their sweet tea was great, by far better than others as it had more tea than sugar in comparison to other McDonald’s.
