Long wait but it was lunch rush so not their fault. Place is clean. Customer service was exceptional for the amount of people they were tending to and food was good and fresh. Employee who took the order via drive through was knowledgeable with the menu and helped us get what we desired. Would come back.

Well.. this is a loaded review. It's Arby's so I mean. Sandwich tasted the same no matter which Arby's you go to however fries were over cooked, and had to hunt straws down at the fountain machine across the store. We were just passing through on a trip but don't think we'll ever be back there again.

Really good Arby's sandwiches with the wagyu beef steakhouse burgers! Fast service and a really nice big seating area in air conditioning! There are bathrooms on site as well as a gas station It is the mobile Exxon!

Only thing really available off the highway. The wait was forever. Had like a spot of cheese for a double roast beef disappointing, forgot it was supposed to be a beef n cheese sandwich. We really should have checked our order but stayed too long waiting and running late. Paid for missing food such a shame. Definitely rather starve then wait on poor service and missing paid for food. 👎🏾👎🏾

Arby's food is good most the time. It's the service that makes the experience better from one location to the next. This experience with noone else in the store, took me 25 min to get 2 of the roast beef sandwiches. Idk if there was some sort of confusion or mishap but it took forever. I wasn't that upset cuz I was on a long road trip and needed to stretch. On the other hand I was on a long road trip and was hungry.
It happens, it is what it is. I'd give it a second chance.

Ordered drive through, double RB medium meal with a coke. It took a while to get the food, which i don't mind if it's good. The roast beef was rubbery, fries were underseasoned and the coke was all seltzer as syrup ran out. The 'kicker,' not one napkin, on a drive through order. Of course, I was already back on 75 before realizing. 🙄

Restrooms needed help on both visits. Two toilets were inoperable. Staff was very friendly and food was good. Superchargers were an added bonus!

Greatest Lady waited on me and was absolutely amazing! Sweet southern charm and they made the sandwich HUGE!! Just super nice ladies (all of them)
