Mcdonald's

Well like usual they are more than 10 minutes late opening. I waited with around 10 other cars at the speaker for 32 minutes with no answer. I sure wish they would have gave us an update. 6 cars and I had to abort and hurry to work now late. I don't mind 5 or 10 minutes late but at least let the people know. I now have to wait 12 more hours until I can attempt to eat again after work.

Generally pretty fast, there's always a large line but they have 2 lanes that help it go by faster. The staff haven't been as friendly as they are at other restaurants in town during our visit. This location usually gives us very fresh fries where we have to ask the Hanover one for fries with no salt to get fresh ones.

Service was somewhat quick however a manager was yelling at customers being quite rude yelling at them telling them to move to somewhere else to wait for there food. The principle of it isn't bad but when you are yelling rather than being kind and nicely telling people to move it is a bad look and poor judgment especially coming from management

i posted this on facebook but i thought i'd post here too. i rarely go to mcdonald's because the lines are always crazy long whenever i find myself near. but i really felt a craving for my favorite mcdonald's breakfast, so i decided why not, i got nothing else to do today. when i finally get up to the window(actually wasn't that long of a wait, i was quite surprised), i realized i didn't even bring my wallet! i was fully ready to just cancel my order, apologize and figure what to eat when i got home. but the lovely cashier covered it for me!!! ~$12!!!! this is what karma is about! i did the same when i worked at fast food, all the time. not only did it make everything go smoother, it made me feel better knowing i could help someone get their dinner for themselves or their family. to the cashier who paid for my food, thank you for being a good soul! and thank you madison mcdonald's for being so efficient! even the mcdonald's i went to when i lived in indy couldn't compare! you guys are top notch!!

I was in the drive thru and handed the lady my card to pay for the food, she hands it back and says "your card says unauthorized, I need another card" very puzzled I hand her another card and she hands me a receipt. I park and check my bank and on the card she said didn't work, she actually charged me twice on that card. So I paid twice on one card and once on the 2nd card. Most expensive filet-o-fish sandwich I've ever had from McDonald's. Very poor service 😒

This afternoon about 1:45 I had the latest bad experience at this McDonald's. I don't eat there very often but when I do they always have something wrong with my order. Food us usually fresh so a missing item sadly not that big of a deal.This time what was going threw there minds I have no idea. I ordered a bacon quarter pound with cheese and I'm shur they reheated an old patty. So terrible. I have had food that was cold from them that was better than this.

My husband was in town. He called and I placed an online order and he was going to pick it up. He called, I pulled up the order and clicked I'm here. It said I had to have the phone I placed the order on to use curbside pickup. It gave me an order number and said talk to a staff member and they would help. My husband went inside. The staff member wouldn't take the order number and said he couldn't pick up the order unless he had the phone it was placed on. She said without my phone she couldn't get the order. Seriously, why was I given an order number if the order number didn't have the order on it. I've placed orders in the past and had somebody pick them up for me (see points earned). I've had a stroke and usually send somebody to pick my order up. It was like I had gone back in time 30 years. Maybe I could go find a pay phone and call my order in. This gave all new meaning to automation. With the increased prices and the self service or no service I'm done.
