When the newly remodeled Burger King opened, the staff was on point - perfect food and friendly service. My drive thru experience tonight was way different. I had to go inside because items were missing from my order, and then the remake was still missing items. Frustrating.

Order dinner meal was a little slow getting but I didn't mind. My fries & meal were fresh & hot. So worth the few extra minutes wait.

Went through drive through for breakfast order. It took about 3 minutes. The food was hot and order was complete and correct. Service was pleasant and they do offer very good special deals on different days. Overall very good.

This is more on me than BK I suppose. Stopped for a sweet tea. The total was given as 2.49. I cancelled and drove down the street to McD's and paid a dollar.
I'm used to dollar tea at the BK's in Columbus IN. Its not going to last much longer, I know. Prices will keep going up.

I just went through their fldruve through and didn't receive a sandwich. No problem generally, but I've called and gotten a pickup THREE TIMES!!! just to ask about it but they hang up in the middle of my trying to explain.

Went through drive thru got wrong order. The worker took back the wrong order witch you are not suppose to take the food back through the window once its given out. He was very frustrated and seemed upset because there was a very long line.

Staff and food was great. They were pretty busy and we did wait and then someone else took our order but they fixed it right away.

Out of many things. Shortage everywhere you go.
You food warm not really hot. Came ready in short. Not many in dinning room. We will be back.
