The food was good but it was carryout only. Dining room is only open 11-2 for dine in otherwise its carryout. Covid was the excuse even though nobody working there was wearing a mask and didn't seem to care to. Doesn't make any sense. Cut hours due to Covid, but employees not wearing masks to protect anyone. 🤔🙄

Food is good, always is, but I will never come here again.
First thing I noticed today 10/18/20, was workers sitting in the dining area, instead of cleaning. It wouldn’t have been a big deal has the dining area been clean, but it was far from it. Tables, floor, seats all needed cleaned, instead they were sitting down chatting.
I didn’t pay much attention when eating the clam strips, but one was super “crunchy”. Figured it was over cooked; until I had discomfort in teeth and pulled out what looked like a small shard of glass. My child ate some of those clam strips as well. Corporate needs to fire the employees and hire new ones, or completely shut this place down.

Very rude at drive thru. Was told to get out of her drive thru when I was asking questions about different combo sizes when I misunderstood what she said and asked again.

This was interesting dine in 11-2 after that carry out. The food was fresh the corn on the cob was over cooked. The breaded shrimp was alright for deep fried. Mac and cheese was defiantly cheesy. Empty restaurant except for the crew. seafood feast combo 👍🏼👌they did alright 🕶

I’m sorry, but I just have to let everyone know how awesome this place is. This location specifically is wonderful. The food is always fresh and never greasy, the staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. I have visited another Captain D’s and this was not the case. I’m just very impressed with the consistent quality at the Madison, IN Captain D’s and wanted to let the public and especially the Captain D’s people know how much I love this place!

Delicious. I did take-out with 25min. Travel. Food was in great condition by time I got home. The box vents help steam escape so food was nearly like we ate it there. Excellent. Coleslaw crisp and creamy. Green beans like mom cooked. Kudos! Friendly service!!
