If it's attitude you want, stop here. If it's food you're expecting, keep driving. I would give -5 stars if I could. Worst place ever. I have tried four times recently to get a Krystal and I have yet to get one. Two times the "system was down". Today I pulled through at 6:30pm and was told they were closed. When I mentioned that it was 30 before closing, "if you had been in here slaving away all, you'd be closing early too" is the response I got. Exact words. I'd been driving for 12 hours straight and get this kind of attitude. It's no wonder the Krystal locations have been closing all over Mississippi. Good riddance!

Had a horrible experience the burgers were old and dry. The girl named Cameron who checked us out was rude and overcharged us and kept the change and receipt. Then when we requested a refund we were met with hostility from the assistant manager named Dijonay who said they don’t do refunds. I would advise anyone not to go to this establishment unless you want terrible customer service and bad food quality and no refunds. I even have a video of the interaction we had with the employees. Then called the manager who only said they don’t do refunds and this wasn’t her problem because she was off the clock.

This is my third time giving them a chance to get it together, but unfortunately they don't seem to care about the customers that are spending their hard earned money here. The first visit they had me sitting at the intercom for a while, I pulled to the window and she said I couldn't make my order at the window. The second time I arrived about 5:50 ish and was told the fryers were down all I could get was krystals. This time my all my food had a funny taste, especially the chili cheese tots. I will not be returning here nor will I recommend anyone to eat here. Just ridiculously horrible, I pray I dnt get sick from the little I did eat!!!

This Krystal's has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I ordered 4 krystal's and a chili cheese fry which was $9.19. (I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WAS WRONG SINCE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH). When I got to the window, I told this young girl named Tyania that I wanted to get the burgers with onion only. She looked at me and told me that they had already made the burgers. I told her that for this price, I wanted onions only on my burger. She got really angry and told one of the workers that I had an attitude. I was simply explaining to her what I wanted on MY burgers and NOT what she had already ready. She gave me my order then slammed the drive through window. I know we are in the middle of a pandemic and good help is hard to find but the workers need to be properly trained on how customers should be treated.

The past few times I’ve been here, there has always been a problem. Today, I wait in line, two cars place their orders, but when I get to the speaker, I’m told they are no longer accepting orders due to a shift change. Time before, they closed unbelievably early, even though there were people still inside. Time before then, I actually got my food, but it was stale and hard. I give up on this place. I normally enjoy Krystals, but they have disappointed me tremendously these past few visits. I hope they get it together.
