The store is neat and clean. The young man that made my turkey bacon avocado wrap was so careful and artful! It was hands down the best thing I have ever gotten at any Subway! He was so polite! Very good experience!

Subway in Madison is super slow. I spent my whole 30 minute lunch break in there waiting in line to get served. They have 4 employees and only 1 is taking orders and checking the customers out. HORRIBLE!!

It's subway........ so this is actually a high rating. Nothing wrong with this store, usually clean, usually quick. Just bad food.

Very bad service will not be coming back to this particular store. You ask to make your sandwich a certain way with extra sauce on it they just say that they can't do that and if you say that you'll pay extra they still refuse to make the sandwich the way that you would like.

Quick service, and friendly staff. If in need of a quick meal this is a must.
