It was actually, very good! I haven't been to a good, soul food restaurant, in YEARS!!! Seasoned, perfectly! I'll be going back to GA soon. Hopefully I get to take a plate with me, before I go. The meat is so tender. It makes no sense. I'm drooling just thinking about it lol. They give, a whole new meaning, to take out. Absolutely Awesome!

I was visiting the Madison, Mississippi area for work. This was my first time in the area. The team said they wanted to take me somewhere special. Of course because I’m a foodie I agreed to go. No one could have prepared me for all the great food I was going to experience. Up to that point I had never been to a buffet were everything was delicious, well seasoned and taste like home. Quality wasn’t skipped at all. There was plenty of parking and seating. If you have a large group there is no problem with being seated. The staff was very friendly and really showed southern hospitality.

My family and I had a very good time here. The area is rather spacious and saw a garden on the left side of the entrance, so I immediately figured the vegetables are going to be fresh. Again, this is your typical southern style buffet with your standard turnip greens, green beans, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, fried chicken etc. But it is very fresh and hot, and then they did enforce safety precautions when surrounding the buffet isle. Masks and gloves are necessary. Anyways, the building gives off an antique, southern home vibes and it is aesthetically pleasing. Recommendation: just come in early and get yourself a seat before everyone else piles in!

Visited today and I was very happy! The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Our server was amazing. The buffet had everything from fish to ribs and fried chicken. Everything was hot and fresh. Everything is homemade! The dinner price for adult is $14 I think! That’s a darn good price for everything you get! I’ve had them catered for my graduation party and they never let me down. Love it and I will return soon!

They did not disappoint!! We had much more food than we expected and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was delivered hot and the young lady who delivered the food was very kind and polite! We've eaten in the restaurant before but did not have the delivery experience but it was phenomenal! Would definitely use them again for large gatherings!! And the food tasted so good especially the peach cobbler and the ribs! Don't hesitate to eat at Mama Hamil's, it's great!!
