Very slow drive through. It was backed up and only moved up 2 cars in 15 minutes. I got within 1 car of reaching the order station and our progress stopped...completely. I decided to cut my loss and leave.

Won't be back, this is my third time with progressive worse service. They ask you to order on the screen kiosk, then you have to wait for a real person to pay via Credit card - wanted to order and pay at the same time. After 19 minutes, got my food, fries were not fully cooked and no lids availabl
friendly service. Although we ordered sweet tea and there was none avaliable we could access, the lady told us she would bring it to our table and it didn't come until they brought our food. We would have liked our drinks before our food. But still friendly service.
I'm not really sure what's so hard about getting an order right especially when I am in a hurry to get back to work on a 30minute break; not only I had to rush to get back to work I had to eat two mcdoubles instead of McChickens that I originally ordered and wasn't able to go back!!!
