Mcdonald's

As far as McDonald's go this one is pretty great. Always get my order right, even when I ask for some nitpicky things, such as extra ice. The food has mostly been hot and fresh when I have gotten it. The wait can occasionally be long, and they don't seem to be the fastest, but I will take the consistency over speed.

Where do I begin. Caroline was the girl at the drive thru tonight. Short girl with brown hair. She was not very pleasant taking my order. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal, and decided to try one of the new cinnamon rolls. I pull up to the first window to pay, and Caroline is hunched over with her arms crossed on the counter, head resting on her arms, watching shows on her phone. She finally noticed me after a few seconds and reached for my money. She didn't even pause her show or put her phone away. I pull up to get my food, have to wait a few minutes. Thats fine. Not only did they get my order wrong, the food looks pretty bad. They gave me a regular quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. With ONE, I dont even think it was a full strip, of bacon. If fast food workers want $15 an hour, this kind of service is laughable. There is no way on Gods green earth this deserves $15/hour. I wouldn't even pay them minimum wage. I know not everyone that works fast food is like this. But this McDonalds location is not helping their fight for higher wages. I will not be returning to this McDonalds. Over the past couple of years its been going downhill.

Won't be back, this is my third time with progressive worse service. They ask you to order on the screen kiosk, then you have to wait for a real person to pay via Credit card - wanted to order and pay at the same time. After 19 minutes, got my food, fries were not fully cooked and no lids available for drinks. Not just me, several folks were getting frustrated. What was the topper is once I departed to leave, couldn't get out of the parking area due to the backed-up - not moving, drive through line.

I'm not really sure what's so hard about getting an order right especially when I am in a hurry to get back to work on a 30minute break; not only I had to rush to get back to work I had to eat two mcdoubles instead of McChickens that I originally ordered and wasn't able to go back!!! Get your orders in order McDonald's please for the love of GOD! How can you read "McDouble" instead of "McChicken!!" 😩🤷There's no excuse get your eyes fixed guys 😵😞
