Mcdonald's

I go to this McDonald's every morning and usually service is pretty good, but today I ordered my usual oatmeal and sausage egg mcmuffin and the oatmeal literally looked like soup and was inedible. My breakfast sandwich was crunchy with egg shells as well. The prices for food at McDonald's is already too expensive, but overpaying for a meal that I can't eat is unacceptable.

Courteous staff, but messed up my simple single order.. A bit annoyed because they have the double drive through - and I was at my order point before 2 cars that pulled up after I was already waiting on the order to acknowledge my vehicle. The order was 4 piece nuggets, apple slices n milk. I wasn't ask about sauce choice and I too forgot to mention it. When I got my order, I drive off b4 checking it. Only to open it and find 6 piece nuggets...no apple slices and no sauce. I am guessing it could have been payback because I had questioned the order taker about why the other 2 cars were acknowledged before mine. Ball was in his court I guess...just wish I had checked my meal b4 moving off.

The actual worst. Went through the drive through and got my order. Drove off without checking it. Finally get to eat, and my order was wrong. I go back and ask that they make it right. Told they couldn’t do it and to come inside. Had to get my kid out and inside only to be given the worst attitude by the worker. I checked the order before leaving this time. They had handed me the wrong order AGAIN. When I point this out, the girl slams the bag and goes to get the right one. Doesn’t put on gloves and grabs the fries and puts it in the right bag. I only wish I had gotten my receipt back and asked for a refund.

There is a man there I think his name is Mr.Lee, he deserves a raise, this man made my day turn around with his attitude!!! It is so refreshing and amazing to have great customer service like this!!! He even joked around with me about my id and made me laugh so hard, " it was sooo funny (you had to have been there) anyway its people like this that get overlooked and don't get enough credit!!! This man deserves the best!!! Thank you Mr.Lee for being such a great person and having amazing customer service!!

Sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes on Sunday afternoon. Completely unacceptable!!! Finally get to the window and get my food, which must've been cooked the day before. The bun was hard and the filet of fish was hard as a rock. My Coke tasted like anything but Coke. If I hadn't been on my way to work I would turned around and taken it back. Definitely will not stop there ever again and I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone....especially if they're in a hurry.

Ordered in the app and redeemed a coupon for free fries and a medium drink with a chicken sandwich purchase. The coupon redeemed in the app but somehow the worker in window 1 charged me for every item. I asked for a receipt but he rudely waved me off. I saw the error and went back to the McDonalds. The cashier flat out ignored me and so did everyone else. Got a refund but it was a headache.
