Other than the wait and no one having the decency to take a sec and tell me why I was waiting, it was a great tasting breakfast and hot. The sweetheart at the window handing out food was very respectful and apologized for the wait. Worked in food service a long time and most people are very understanding and less likely to be upset if you just open the window and tell them why they're having to wait so long. You'll get less drive offs and less customers getting an attitude. Understand the shorthanded issue but still can give good customer service to the best of your ability while being shorthanded just by communicating.

Once again another restaurant with absolutely no people skills (smh). Question, is it too much to ask for a smile at the window? Don't get me wrong, the food is good, service is slow but customer service is the worst. If it feels like I'm ruining your day because you're at work then find a warehouse job so you don't have to interact with society because if you work at the window... it's your job to interact with society 😳

Everyone was rude/ anoyed to speak with me. Me refering to them as sir or mam the entire time. I ordered a #7 NO MAYO, OR ONION. I RECIVED a daves single with mayo. Went inside, informed them of their mistake. New burger ...daves single no mayo.. Back outside saw the mistake went back in, asked to get my order corrected again, i was handed a pack of backen with a hamburger patty to make my order correct. I had to assemble in my vehical.
