If giving this place zero stars was an option I would. My mom and I were the first customers to be seated for lunch today and not only were we not greeted upon our entering the staff was rude and played on their phones the entire time. We ordered and sat down at our table and looked around and every table was absolutely filthy. The tomato cans on each table were full of crumbs from previous day's. EVERY SINGLE TABLE! We are living in a pandemic and this restaurant can't even clean it's tables for it's customers. The food came out and it was clearly not fresh ingredients. The cheese on our knots was so burnt we couldn't get them out of the basket..... The pizza crust tasted like straight cardboard and was very over cooked and old. There were also chairs stacked in a corner of the restaurant that were covered in dust and dirt. This was disgusting and a hazard to any children dining in this restaurant. This was our first experience in this restaurant and I was definitely not impressed. Edit to add, we definitely did not eat all our food. How rude you are as a owner. I hope the public sees this and sees your restaurant for what it is. To say that I am lying.... The photos are proof of how nasty your restaurant was. EVERY TABLE was a mess. Clean up your treatment of customers and your restaurant. I cannot believe how unprofessional your response was. Do better!

We have been searching for good pizza ever since we moved here and we've finally found it. We had a 16in Guido which came with artichoke, onion, sausage, black and green olives, tomatoes, and feta. It was delicious, light and fresh. The knots were amazing with the perfect amount of garlic. The restaurant is clean and absolutely beautiful inside with artwork on the walls and fun characters on the tables. Overall great location, great people, awesome food.

Awful experience, this place was absolutely filthy. I can’t believe that they could stand around and play on phones but not clean a single table. Each table was covered in crumbs from the day prior as I was the first customer upon opening. The food was absolutely awful, I’ve gotten better frozen pizza from Walmart. The customer service was terrible as well. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant. Clean it up, we are living in a pandemic!!!

I used to be willing to overlook their cardboard-like frozen pizza crusts. I was willing to look past one event where they spent 2 hours remaking a Stromboli 4 times as it came out with absolutely raw dough over and over, and then with meat in it (I ordered a vegetarian stromboli). But having been harassed incessantly by the staff about wearing our masks correctly when there were no other customers in the place, no thanks. The staff acted angry, almost vaguely threatening, definitely hostile, because my husband, who has a mask exemption, was decent enough to put a mask on but wore it below his nose. We were verbally accosted a number of times, while seated and after paying (wish we could undo that tip!). Then several families came in with obnoxious little kids running all over the place with no masks. Weird, seems like the staff singled us out. This place is almost empty every time we've come in and it makes sense. It's extremely inappropriate to bully customers who have legitimate health exemptions, and the bullying could well lead to a lawsuit. Between a lawsuit and loss of business, they deserve what they get. Also, see how they speak to other customers with the same complaint here on Google reviews? Why anyone would support a business that doesn't value their customers, I don't know.
