Went in recently. The ingredients were fresh. The menu is creative. The staff are friendly. The real highlight, though, we're the cocktails. True cocktail culture is alive and well with this crew. Fast, friendly, professional. Outstanding experience. Would recommend, no doubt about it.

Phenomenal! I was really missing the all you can eat sushi from back home, my wife and I would spend just around $55 to eat all the sushi we could reasonably eat. I thought, well let's just see what we can order with a $55 budget at this place. Not only did we order just about as many rolls as we could eat at an all-you-can-eat place, but the quality of sushi was superb! Definitely my new date night spot. This place is strictly adhering to covid distancing and masking, and the clearly put their employees and customer safety 1st, I feel the safest dining here than I do anywhere else right now.
This place has been awesome each and every time we have gone (a whopping total of 7 times). The food is always fresh and I feel that the sushi selection is pretty good and all the rolls I have tried are very flavorful. My absolute favorite dish from them is their beef fried rice. It has amazing taste and the texture of the rice is near perfect. I haven't had fried rice that can compare (thats not saying much, mind you) to any other Japanese restaurant! This is definitely a go to restaurant for my family.
Food was good. Brittney our server was attentive. Outdoor seating and pick up order are available. Tables are far apart so my family feel comfortable dine in.
I truly love the sushi here. I have eaten here quite often and almost always have good service. On one occasion recently I had a very long wait for my order on a busy day but my overall experience here is usually very good. The sushi rolls are unique and delicious!
I stumbled upon this Gem a few years ago when traveling from Atlanta on business. I literally find an excuse just to drive back to eat here. Tonight we had the “O” roll and the black dragon filled with stuffed jalapeños. Love the vibe, ambiance and food. Practicing social distancing during these crazy times. We also had the pan seared dumplings, pretty awesome! I LOVE Sushi ❤️
Let me first say that this location (Madison) is far superior to the other local I ♥️ Sushi. They’ve done a great job with the distancing requirements in these “unprecedented times,” and it’s one of a very few places we’ve been willing to eat during the pandemic.
I Love Sushi would get five stars, except that all of the non-sushi appetizers we’ve tried have not been very good. I know, I know - it’s a sushi place; but if a restaurant has something on the menu, the expectation as a customer is that it’s going to be good. We’ve tried a few different appetizers, but I would describe them all the same: mushy, flavorless.
But on to the sushi: it’s so good! Generous portions of fish for rolls, nigiri and sashimi. Fresh and tasty. Beautifully constructed and presented. And reasonably priced!
We also find the staff to be professional and friendly. They will take good care of you.
This place is the BEST sushi I have ever had. I did not think it got better than Local’s in Charleston, SC. I have been proved wrong. This may sound silly, but this was also the prettiest sushi I’ve ever seen. The colors of the raw fish were so vibrant! I can’t wait to eat here again!
