Server was great and very accommodating. We went with a group for the wife's birthday and everything went off without a hitch. The was an issue with one of the meals brought out but they met the situation head on and comped the meal. We had a really good time!
Can understand that restaurant was busy but how things were handled was pure poor customer service!! We placed order at 4pm for order to arrive between 5:40 and 5:50. At 6:30 called restaurant to see what hold up was. It took 9 times calling over 20 minutes to finally get someone to answer phone. W
Outback was great. Steak and shrimp was excellent. Great food and service. We will be back.
Meat was RAW !, the baked potato was cold, bread was cold. We ordered takeout, curb side service and like a mile away . HOW can food get that cold that quick And RAW ? Sonic or Applebee’s would have been better. Ordered the valentines dinner. DONT DO IT , waste of time , and money . Lost me as a c
My wife and I order food through home delivery services 3 to 4 times a week and it seems as though the restaurants just can't get it right and it is so disappointing!!! HOWEVER, LET ME TELL YOU GUYS AT THE OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE IN MADISON, AL. YOU GUYS KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK TO STRAIGHT A HEAD CENT
Great place. The atmosphere is really cozy, moderated prices, the food was absolutely delicious! Very good experience all in all :)
Destiny in Madison Al. is amazing! She is prompt attentive , has a great personality and my husband says she makes a mean manhattan 😊
