My husband went on his break from work and went to KFC on cottage Gove Rd.Date wednesday September 30 At 11:20am In Madison Wi. and got food and in my drink was a bug after I drank some. I opened it to put more ice in my lemonade and😵😠it was sitting on top dead. What is the world coming to when you have to check your drinks. This had to have been done on purpose. Nasty disgusting people, I don't eat out at many places but KFC is off the list.

Bad costumer service. Two people taking my order. Two people and still couldn't get my order right. I asked for my order plus a large extra side order and still didn't get it right... Get your sh🤪🤪 together!!

I've tried going here two days in a row, they weren't open. The hours say they're open but there's just a piece of paper in their drive thru that says Sorry we're closed.

I love a good fried chicken sandwich. Popeyes is the best. They destroy all fast food burger joints and Chick-fil-a. Super excited to try KFC’s new sandwich. Did not bring lunch to work and was going to treat myself to KFC on cottage grove road. Pulled up at 1:20pm and they were closed!!! Not open until 2:00!!! How in the world can a fast food restaurant survive and not serve lunch??? Needless to say I ended up going to Popeyes and was not disappointed.
