I went in to buy a drink and had to wait for almost 10 with several other customers while the two cashiers worked together on a single customer. When I paid for my drink, I accidentally handed the guy two $1 bills and a 20 dollar bill. He notified me of my mistake, and I wish I had gotten my receipt to commend him.

I feel like 7-Eleven has improved tremendously on their customer service and stocking. They have friendly, fun staff that are polite and make sure their customers are taken good care of. They try their hardest to make sure everything is ready to go for their customers. It does get busy and sometimes there is a line but it’s a gas station so what do you expect. The store has brand new employees who enjoy making their customers happy. I recommend this location especially in the mornings when there’s fresh, hot, yummy food.

The staff who checked me out were nice and polite, and it may be my issue is actually with some contractor who loads the soda in the soda dispenser machine (fountain), but nevertheless I cannot chance returning there. I bought what was supposed to be a Diet Coke Big Gulp, but my blood sugar rose 300 points within 45 minutes of drinking only a part of it --a reaction I would have only if it was regular soda. I had to take a LOT of insulin to stop the rise and try and bring it down. I called the store about it, telling them to check and make sure it's dispensing diet, and/or put a sign on it warning persons with diabetes, and got only an "I am sorry" -- not even an inquiry as to whether my health will be ok. Persons with sugar or other sensitivities to substances in drinks, BEWARE!

Hi my name is Grelinda isom I was a Dedicated worker for 7-Eleven since 2017… my last day working for 7eleven was June 21 2021 so to poor management n manger telling me there was no more hours available for me to get put on schedule so she said she would let me no so I waited a few days to follow up with her only to found out she walk out in quit the store so now I’m out of a job n I tried reaching out to hirer up in no one will get back to me .. I even reapplied for the same location who can help me I have a family to take care of just like every one else this is not right …

Horrible Experience and Customer Service- Approx 2:15 pm on Thursday afternoon I had to quickly stop in. I walked past a man smoking at the front entrance. Being a smoker myself that didn't bother me though. I stood in line behind an elderly gentleman. No one was at the cash register. There was a woman employee behind the counter with a jacket on and a bag. She said someone would be up in a minute. Ornel was the cashier. I know this because I asked him his name. Don't know the the woman's name or the managers name but the time should indicate who was there. When Ornel came up those two behind the counter were discussing their burritos which was such an out of place conversation to be having with people waiting in line. The woman made a remark about finding a ride and when a car pulled up her comment was, "There's my salvation." Strange. The elderly gentleman was buying cigs and Ornel was opening a carton of cigs. I assume that is where he was. The gentleman also was buying a 6 pack which he told Ornel that he had taken the last one. Ornel nonchalantly said, "Yeah." I thought that was respectful that the gentleman told him that so it could be stocked but it just seemed to be dismissed. The gentleman was having trouble with his card but by this time Ornel made a big yawn and had grabbed his phone, took it back a few steps to check his messages. I couldn't take it anymore and walked out the door. The woman who was standing behind the counter was standing out side the door with the guy who was smoking when I first walked in. I asked who the manager was. It was the man smoking outside the front door. When I told them how ridiculous Ornel was and how he was not helping that elderly man I went to get in my truck they both were laughing. Something needs to be done about all three of them. HORRIBLE!

This place is turning into a dump. The store is closed when it's not supposed to be all the time (8am or 8pm on different days, for example). Somehow they run out of milk very often. The bathroom is horrendous too. The best part about this place is the employees. 9/10 of them are fantastic but they're never there long. It's got to be a management issue.
