They were out of the first 4 things on the menu that I tried to order. After 45 minutes when I did finally get my fried chicken, it was very good.

Good chicken wings in the spirit of Chicago staple 'Harold's Chicken'. However, orders have a knack for being incorrect or incomplete. Customer service subpar. Service not timely, having to wait additional time even when called ahead.
Support Black owned businesses with premium dollars, but Black owned businesses need to deliver premium service in return.

Serves was horrible I was told 20 minutes. After I showed up I had to wait additional 30 minutes. The food was sub-standard. The chicken strips were tough and dry. Don't wasted your money or your time.

I've visited here a few times. Always pleased. The meals know longer come with drinks .The portion of fries seem to be smaller than usual.

They're never open. I think they closed down, as I drive by there daily and for the past month they haven't been open. Plus, whenever they do feel like opening, you gotta almost wait and additional 15 min to get your food, even if you call ahead. You wanna support black businesses, but they're making it hard.

Food is made on request, so definitely order ahead unless you want to wait around for 20 minutes. Customer service was mediocre, venue is small, not very well lit. Wings were alright, although kinda small. Comes with choice of sauces on the side and some squishy fries. Just "meh".

Costumer service is very mediocre. They literally talk on personal calls while taking your order. I was told it would be done in 20 minutes, came back & had to wait an additional 30 minutes. When I finally got my food, it wasn't worth the wait, nor was it worth the price.. they're very expensive compared to other restaurants in Madison. Don't waste your time or money.
