The staff was incredible and kind, I will say that. But I’ve heard people rave about this place and it just was not good tonight. I love wings and the sauces and chicken just weren’t that great. I did like the honey mustard dip sauce and fries were okay.

I love this place it makes me so happy getting food from here because it taste.like home. They are quick, attentive, and always.happy. The prices are high so I wish they had rewards program. I usually spend about 60.00 Dollars so something extra would make people happier. Still this chicken makes you want to dance while you eat.

This was my first time here since they reopened. I was halfway through eating my food (12 medium wings) and this is what I see…pictures speak for themselves. Don’t recommend

Best wings in town. The waffle fries are amazing. I’ve yet to be disappointed by the food.
Delivery can be very hit or miss. You’re running a good risk of cold wings and fries if you order for delivery.

The yummiest chicken tenders in Madison! Garlic parmesan and mango habanero are just delicious!!!Perfect with blue cheese. So happy that it is reopened!

They are significantly worse and much more expensive since before they closed and reopened. I could tell that when they re-vamped the menu it was probably an excuse to raise prices, which I somewhat understand with how the fast-food market has changed but what I did not expect is that food quality would get worse as well. If I am paying $40 for a meal I expect to get a decent quality or at least on the same level as what used to cost $25 a few years ago from the same restaurant. Why even reopen at all if this was the plan?

Lately, I can't get a to-go without being given soggy, wet fries. Now the chicken is bland, undercooked and has lost its famous crispy crunchiness. I am not sure what happened. $44 of food yesterday went to waste.

I was a faithful WOM customer until the fire, then I waited patiently for the reopen, and almost a year later, they're back as good as ever. I see some reviews saying the quality slipped post-reopen, and in the few times I've ordered since then, I haven't noticed any differences. Seriously, the quality is great given the low price (relative to competitors.) If you're used to the more expensive wings places, you may not like WOM, but you have to take it for what it is. And I like what it is, I haven't been disappointed yet.
