Hard pass on the spicy chicken. Was crusty, chewy, flavorless, tasted like eating table salt. Burnt buns. I usually don’t comment on fast food, but don’t waste your $4.50 here. Isn’t there supposed to be lettuce or tomato?

It would be great if the location at 4500 University Avenue would actually answer in the drive thru and pay attention to the customers ordering inside. Another customer and myself got completely ignored when we pulled up at the drive thru. I had to go inside to place an order. Waited 10 minutes and my food still hadn't been rung up. Never ordering from this location ever again.

A shockingly pleasant McDonald's experience. The woman working the front register was friendly and efficient. I tried the cinnamon roll and it was served warm and tasted great.

I went through the drive through and it took awhile but there really seemed like they had 2 people working so he was running front registers and drive through. He was an African American male and should be recognized for his amazing work 👏!! He apologized 3 times and I just felt horrible for him because I would have walked out under that pressure.

This place is always winning.
I've always had great experience and service if not excellent. I'm an old school Micky D's fan of this place because ALL the others have given ME nothing but re-defried French 🍟 🤮 because I wanted no salt.
ALL Mc D's around here need to get scheduled to emulate this one here. Kudos to your staff and work ethics for being professional, positive and friendly. I might become a solid fan of this one in particular if all their meals keep quality on a consistent basis that does not let me down!!!

Food was fine. Mostly though, two employees were talking loudly about their experiences and opinions about smoking pot. Should have been whispered. It was irritating.

Never gives the correct happy meal toy! I mobile order a 50th anniversary Disney toy and I get nothing. I ask for the new Stitch toy and I get some stupid cardboard van from Sing 2.

I give credit to those that showed up for work. However, no one has a name tag and everyone is a "manager".
TO ORDER FROM HERE:
1. IF you use the mobile app, you have to go through the app for a refund - and staff don't know how to direct a customer through that.
2. Don't do curbside there - its usually wrong, cold because no one wants to go outside and again, the food can be remade, no refunds via mobile app.
3. "The lobby is closed" - signage is always on the door, and the managers on duty said its fine.
4. I would remember that this is not set up for a win - its McD's - and the lowest experience is at this location - hands down.
