Rocky Rococo

You know a place is run well when you show up close to closing and no one has an attitude or rushes your food. I try not to make a practice of coming in late, but I needed pizza and this was convenient. Would recommend! Big and spacious, good views of TV for football pretty much anywhere you sit. Mushroom sausage slice was pretty good - but the Rococo Chicago super-slice was fantastic, so go with that on Thursdays! What really put the fifth star there was the service. I hate that I didn't catch the guy's name - he was very professional and I think he was a manager, although he was working almost alone and cleaning the place up himself. He had a great smile and a fantastic attitude that really made my night. I'll be back!

I have always been a huge fan of Rocky's. I frequently go to the one off the beltline. I always have great experiences there. However this location is a disappointment to the brand. The place is dated and dirty. The pizza and bread sticks were clearly not fresh and were severely overcooked, almost inedible. Then to add to the poor experience, the busser in charge of cleaning off the table next to me was making a scene as he cleaned loudly because of his apparent headphones. My experience was dissatisfying in product as well as service. Will never return to this location. If you are a Rocky's fan then I suggest the location off the beltline. It is clean and food is consistent.

BRAVO!!!!! Bravo to the cook, whoever made the pizza around 7:30 pm, 7-24-13. This is the 1st time ever a pizza brought back memories of the good ol' original Rocky's Pizza on Gilman Street. Was hot, fresh, & beyond mouthwatering delicious. Intended to eat just 1 piece (which we normally do) & found ourselves unable to stop at just 1. The crust was fantasitc - crisp & buttery on the outside, tender and awesome on the inside, oozing with just the right amount of sauce, cheese & ingredients. The gentleman that waited on us is a phenomenal individual, always provides great service. He is what customer service is all about, making people feel welcome and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. To both the cashier & the cook!!!! Great Job!!!! Dreaming of the next piping hot, delicious Rocky Rococo Pizza already. Will definitely be back. The salad bar is my usual fare & I LOVE their salad bar - has a nice selection of ingredients to select from. So glad we ordered a whole pizza this time because it was simply thee best.

The food is standard Rocky's fare. The customer service is excellent. When they messed up the toppings on the large pizza we ordered, the manager gave my wife (who didn't like the toppings that were on the pizza we got) a free slice of cheese to eat immediately and made her a free small pizza with toppings of her choice to take home.
