Erberts And Gerberts

Have been ordering from Erbs & Gerbs for a while now. I've had far too many bad experiences ordering from Silver Mine Subs, Jimmy Johns won't deliver to my apartment complex, and Milio's & Subway don't deliver at all (at least the ones by me). I always order cold subs and have them delivered since I don't want to pick up food when I'm already in my jammies and already too lazy to make supper... The experiences I've had with Erberts & Gerberts were good ones. Friendly staff and my order is ALWAYS correct (even if I put in the comments to add extra lettuce & tomato and stuff). You get a heaping portion of everything on your sub too, it's not wimpy and pathetic like Silver Mine Subs. Not to mention, delivery is really quick (30 min or less). Their subs with avocado and 2 meats are yummy. Would recommend!

This is the one of the worst places for customer service ever in my life. I when in to Erberts & Gerbert's to order some food. They completely stuff it up. Once I notice it was wrong, I called and spoke to someone told me he was the manager. I some how feel he wasn't. If someone calls with a complaint you don't say "We can try to get it right, but I wouldn't hold my breath, as I just don't care about your order. Its a sandwich, deal with it!" What the hell!!!! I know it's 1am in the morning, but you have no right to say that to a customer, due to the fact that you just don't listen. It's not that hard to make sure a sandwich doesn't have tomato or onion!! When I asked the guy his name, he refused to give it to me!?!? So I called back the next day and I was told the store manager would call me back...he never did. This is beyond a joke from a company that solely deals in food. I will never buy from this company again.

Food Good!! Fresh! Cashier - Possibly new but did a good job and was patient. Owner/Manager completely unprofessional. Yelled at the cashier in front of all of the customers and when I tried to take blame or ownership and fix the misunderstanding he scolded me as well. I will continue to drive out of my way to Sun Prairie ... or order Milios!
