Staff in this location is top notch, speedy and friendly with added organization for online orders unlike most other locations. Its worth my time to skip the Sun Prairie locations to take my business here.
Mask policy is what it is, staff is only following orders. I've been in jobs that can fire you for not upholding policy.

I go to Starbucks at some point everyday. Out of ALL the locations I've been to - THIS is the best one. My coffee always tastes absolutely AMAZING when I choose this location. My job sends me to Madison twice per week and getting coffee from THIS particular Starbucks is a highlight of that long commute.

6 people working. I was waiting for my other drink when only one arrived. We also never heard our name called out. Staff seemed bothered I was standing there. I was told to go wait by the register. It was finally made clear I had already ordered. When I said thank you when it arrived, staff said "neyeah" dismissively. It really put a damper on our afternoon, we won't be back.

Blonde roast fresh brew was not available at 10:30 am so I had to wait for a pour over. My breakfast sandwich was cold, as in not heated properly. I told them and they fixed another sandwich for me which was again cold! I attempted to call them to report the second sandwich being cold and couldn’t get through to them as they have their phone off the hook. Wow! All this to get a sandwich and a coffee.

The drive thru is very slow but the inside service is super quick! I never went through the drive thru, only went inside. I go here everyday when I'm in Madison!

Maria was FANTASTIC! I loved her energy and she really made it the best experience. However one of my sandwiches was cold on one side.
