Chief's Tavern

Good variety of craft beers. Wouldn't recommend 'The Wisconsinite' their house cocktail on tap, odd flavored whiskey, sour, ginger something or other, which I ordered thinking to was a beer. All other drinks were good and staff working hard for the large crowd that was there for a Saturday afternoon.

This bartender is incredible! I've never seen someone run as fast for so long. She is serving 50 heavy drinkers by herself. The music is great. Bluesie guitar and vocals. Atmosphere and crowd are right in my wheelhouse. Middle-aged crowd with a lot of energy. People dancing in the back of the bar. Very good tap beer selection. Very loud and crowded, however. Not for the timid. Good times!

Agree with many others, bartender was working her butt off. Efficient and attentive to everyone. Went for the first time a couple months ago and want to go back! Patrons were great, a mixed variety, even made a couple friends....wouldn’t describe it as a “townie” place. Band playing that night was great. Thanks to other reviews/reviewers....that’s what made me go check it out!
