My Dad was looking for a new Christmas card register so we called East-Towne Barnes & Noble on a Sunday. Jennifer T. answered and was more than accommodating by even going and making sure it was in stock. She then offered to ship it to us because we live 65 miles away. We received it by Tuesday making my elderly father very happy. She even included a very nice thank you note. Jennifer T. restores my faith in retailers once again. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

Barnes & Noble book store offers so much more than just books. This store offers a full service Blue-Ray and DVD store. Also, you can buy certain movie and cable television memorabilia. Tons of Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Dragon Ball Z, Star Wars, Star Trek, and so much more. They have spots in the store where you can sit down and read if you want to, or you can go get a cup of coffee or cappuccino at their little cafe. They also sell excellent cookies. I really enjoy stopping here.
Everyone is always super nice & never make you feel like a bother when your question takes longer to resolve than expected! I love that I can always get personal recommendations too. 😊
I love this store . It has the awsome harry Potter merch. Amoung kids games, lots of excellent books by the best authors. .. I very much recommend. Out of 1-10 I give it a 20☆!
Great book store and not only a book store but a place to sit down and read your favorite book, magazine or go grab a bite to eat or a coffee at Starbucks and in the mall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I’ve asked about books that weren’t in stock and they are very knowledgeable about ordering and checking back stock. They have pretty good sales and a very wide variety of selection. I will be returning to purchase and/or just sitting, reading and relaxing with a latte!!!!!
Brought grandchildren here to pick out books for their birthday, got some toys also, 😊. Beautiful and clean store, helpful, friendly staff, great selection.
Barnes and Noble East Towne is an excellent book store, many books and Magazines are available in the store. Very clean and nice store, we'll staffed, with a Starbucks in house.
