Ordered delivery for a smoothie and cookie. They forgot my smoothie and the cookie had a hair BAKED into it. You could pick up the cookie by the hair. Disgusting.The expiration date for the cookie was also 12/18/21. TWO MONTHS OLD.
Normally this store is great but today they made a very poor breakfast wrap. It wasn't filled much at all and it was wrapped poorly.
Nice environment to relax and study. I had strawberry banana smoothie. It's was good.
The only issue was that the tables were not cleaned after other people left, had to look for a clean table.

It's right by my office so I've frequently visited it over the past years. The quality of food and service has gone down considerably and the pandemic just accelerated it. It's expensive and dirty and the coffee is almost always lukewarm. Like another reviewer said, this place needs new managemen
I don't know if this should be on Panera or Doordash but either way my delivery never made it to me after repeated phone calls. The person that took my call was nice enough but didn't solve the problem. I used the Panera app. From now on I will pick up only.
