Wingstop

Dine in order, told 20 min it ended up being almost 50. Not much of a line when we ordered but then we watched pick up order after pick up order being filled. You gotta do a better job fitting dine in orders into the incoming online ones. Felt like Door Dash orders got priority over people that bothered to come to the store themselves. Food was good though.

Overall, mediocre at best. Twice I have ordered from this location and twice I have been disappointed. I don't know how they re cooking their wings but they seem to always come out tough and dry. The sauces are ok but nothing special. Some of the songs had some broken bones with exposed marrow or something that spread an odd flavor though the batch. Everything is more expensive than it's worth, especially if you order for delivery. I cannot recommend this place until they learn how to actually cook wings (or standardize their process of my two try were just flukes).

Worse Wing Stop experience ever ! I work nights 🌙 so I went straight there from work arrived at 10:22 am so I was a little early. Sat in my car waiting ✋️ for them to open only to have them open 11 mins late. I go in the young man behind the counter asked if I was there to pick up a online order, I tell him no I needed to place an order. He says they only take online order's I tell him that it's not on the website but OK. He says they have no cashier so I ask for a manager but he tells me there is none on duty. He turns & says something to the cook then tells me he can only take cash I asked how can he only take cash if there is no cashier. He doesn't respond he says he's sorry but he can only take cash . I tell him I have been waiting for over 40 mins he says he can't take my order so I guess 🤷 I won't be going back there EVER.

Good luck trying to call there. Nobody ever answers the phone. The Wingstop website is horrible. I tried to get wings delivered from South Gammon Rd which is very close to me and it would not allow me to do that and made me order from Regent Street. It declined twice online and still took my payment. Never again.

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER HERE. If you’d like a good reason not to, just try hitting that phone button and seeing if they even pick up. If you order online, they don’t even put names on the bags, no receipts and then just dish out and hope to their delivery drivers picked the right thing up I guess. My case again, instead of 40 wings I got corn on the cob from wingstop. Why I gave them a 2nd chance I have no idea. They can’t fix it, can’t even hear about it. Do yourself a favor instead of online ordering from them, call the Wingstop on Gammon, they knew how to pickup the phone for me, apologize for not being the same franchise or they’d fix it, and they provide you with a corporate number, and links to voice your complaints too, since they’ve been taking calls from ppl like me for weeks, I’m assuming I’m not alone in this. Save yourself, don’t order from regent, let them just continue to listen to their phone ring.

Picked up an order with them and thought I would get ranch with it, but I didn't. So, I came back in asking if I could get a side of ranch for my order since I forgot and they gave a big deal and kept saying online order only. Pathetic service. Never have had a good experience with them, but this will be my last time over a side of ranch.
