Qdoba Mexican Grill

Please don't eat here!!! We ordered food tonight from Uber Eats, I got the Steak bowl and my mom ordered the Chicken bowl. Within minutes of eating my mom began throwing up and feels awful. I think the chicken wasn't cooked properly. I'm also feeling off. The food wasn't hot and I also found a hair in my steak bowl. Very unsanitary and unsatisfactory experience. I would leave 0 stars if I could!

Ordered delivery today. The food came just fine and on time....the issue is that inside our marked bag was also someone else's pick up order. I called the restaurant to let them know and they said "Thanks for telling us." Upon asking what to do with the other person's order and if they needed the order information or for it to be brought back there was silence. I stated my name and the name on the receipt for the other order and asked again if I could do anything and the response was hang up on me. There was background noise so I know the call was still going until that point. I'm sure they, like most stores, are very short staffed. I get it. I wanted to try to help. This reaction seemed rude and I hope they were more sympathetic to the customer who didn't get their order Erin wherever you are I'm sorry your order got messed up.

So just wanted to share went in and got a burrito asked for a little more rice in it and she got all in her chest about not being able to roll the burrito cuz of a little Extra rice lol and threw it into a bowl lol there was like 5 ingredients I told her not to worry she'll get it and she got all defensive about it saying she knows how to roll perfectly fine that it's to big of a burrito lol I was store manager for a qdoba and rolled burritos double the size people who get everything on it haha 😄 just thought it was a laughable experience good luck tho
