Badger Tavern

This is a cute little nook is on the corner of Seminole Hwy and Warwick. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the food was great. We had deep fried cod with French fries and it did not take long for the chefs to cook it up! There is plenty of seating in and outdoors and the prices are even fair! It’s a great meeting spot with your colleagues or friends just to have a cocktail. I will certainly be returning here with friends & family next time!!!!

On my quest for the best fried cheese in Madison. So far these take the top spot by far. I've only had five or six different places' preparations so far, but these are my favorite. Still on the hunt and I'm asking every local I can to get their thoughts on where to go next! Also, got a burger to bring home for dinner, and it was also great. If you go, ask for the "johnny mac", it's an off menu option that came at the recommendation of my server! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 They have a nice little patio for dining, the inside dining room seemed a little small. The place is definitely a favorite local spot, cuz they were slammed. The location is easy to find bring right off of the freeway, but also serves to make it quite loud. A great place to go grab a beer and a bite with some friends after work! Enjoy!
