This is a nice Panera, clean. I did not use the restroom. The food was good. There is little to no counter help. They want you to use the kiosk which is not my choice but this is the way the world is going. I will adapt but I like the personal touch better if it comes with a good attitude.

Good bowl of broccoli cheese soup and a baguette. We wanted a light lunch so we went here. They have self ordering kiosks so no contact service at the registers. There are a lot of choices for sandwiches and soups and salads on the menu. I feel like a good variety. It was a good choice for a fast food alternative.

Sandwich was good; coffee nice & hot; but cinnamon-crunch bagel was flavored strongly with GARLIC & ONION it had apparently sat adjacent to?!! Yuck!
I tipped, as usual, but, QUESTION: WHAT are we tipping for at this point when 1- we have to give our orders not to another human but to a MACHINE; &, 2- we have to pick up our orders?
Panera, you have gone waaayyy downhill. Blaming it on the pandemic is getting old.

I am not a fan of ordering my food on a tablet. I much prefer a human taking my ordee. But i guess it makes sense in robot town. I feel like it could be a major deterrent for others like me who don't like this technology. Also, it was confusing just to add a drink. The food was good but way over priced. I can't afford to take my family of 5 here. It will just have to be a special treat.

Food was good. Only thing I didn’t like is that the flatbread chicken pizza had 2 large chunks of chicken instead of it being chopped up and spread all over. The orange scones however are AMAZING and the wild rice soup was. delicious as well

I would love to give this zero starts. We could not order any iced coffee or over easy eggs at 8:00 in the morning. When the food was received it looked like it was sat on and was cold. DO BETTER

Good food and ambience. Patrons have to use the kiosks to place their order. The staff is really nice. It's a nice space to work/ study. The background music played is not very loud which is a plus. Restrooms are kept clean.

Great place for coffee and meeting a friend. Friendly staff and the wifi works good for working. They tend throttle it down around the lunch hour as in if you've been on if for a while they kick you off. I guess they like seats for paying Custer's at lunch while you are on your forth cup of coffee. Great place and convenient location right off of University Ave.
