What a great place!!! I thought I had a fair knowledge of the coffee scene here, in Madison, but Rosies can show you ways to brew java I had never seen. Great bakery, and very nice staff, that make it a very personal experience. It is probably going to be my new hangout. Love the actual coffee bar!!! The syphon brew is as much fun to watch, as it is, to drink. Kudos to Monona for this gem of a shop!!!
