Its a fine Dunkin when not busy. They are limited on space behind the counter and when they are busy, it hurts their turnaround time.

The crew working at 3:30pm Friday 11/11 was incredibly friendly. Just all around exceptional service with an authentic welcoming attitude. Bravo. If my coffee was incorrect (it wasn't; it was exactly what I ordered) I'd still return because of the service.

I somehow forgot to order my free coffee along with my donut on national coffee day. The manager so graciously gave me my free coffee without issue, even though it was my mistake. It is pleasure to go into this Madison NJ DUNKIN DONUT shop. It is pleasure dealing with all the staff. TY Madison Dunkin’ Donuts!!!

I have been coming here for years everyday, for the past month or so they had a new girl as a manager and believe when I say she is the best manager I seen in this place. Very nice and since she been there this place been spotless. Whoever that women is she should get some type of recognition cause she has made some great changes here. Hope they keep her. Even the crew members been more friendly. Keep it up guys

First time at this location. Weird it’s not a drive through since it seems built for it. Cashier was okay. He wasn’t super friendly when asked regarding menu items. Also found it a weird set up as to where you are waiting for your food/drink was cramped/crowded. When cashier handed me my drink, he waved me goodbye but I never got my food items and I had to remind him.
Don’t order the chai latte. It’s insanely sweet and barely tastes like chai!

Fast, friendly service! It was obvious that there were regular customers, but the cashier's made me feel welcome and is if I visited everyday! Will be back soon!

Great coffee and great staff. Food is made fresh and plenty of parking. Place is clean and has free wifi. Lots of students hangout here at the tables to get group assignments done and whatnot. Never had a problem, have been going for years and years. I recommend it to anyone. Can't make a left on exit, so you would have to turn right and make a k-turn somewhere else.
