I thought it was fine. Did mobile order and drive thru was quick. Chicken pecan salad was really good

Purchased a spicy chicken sandwich, after eating a few bites I looked and realized the chicken was completely raw and completely uncooked!!!!! I called and spoke with manager she could care less didnt even apologize. I now am at risk for food poisoning by consuming raw chicken!!!! 6 pm on 2-12-20 is the time this happened.

Wendy's Madison Heights has gone through good changes in the last year or so. It appears they have great management and everything is organized more so than in the past. The food is much better, typically fresh and hot, customer service has been great!. Due to COVID-19 I have not been inside the lobby in awhile but in past visits, I remember that it was kept fairly clean.

They gave me someone else's order. They gave the car ahead of me the wrong order. We both had to wait extra to get our correct order. The kids were courtious and apologetic. The sandwich and fries were good.

Your standard Wendy's. The did renovate about a year and half ago. The staff is always nice and friendly. The food is usually warm and fresh.

They had a huge line for drive thru and it went very fast and the food was all correct and great!
