I like going in midnight hours with my wife... idk we get the munchies that time I guess and I like how they separate each combo in different bags ( burger with fries) and they serve us fresh and hot or sometimes I would let them know if I can have it fresh before I order. That way when go to the window and pay and I will know it's fresh and they do.

Worst drive jack in the box. The Night Crew is trash! And the Managers and staff are rude! We waited over 25 minutes just for them to tell us they don’t have any change, we couldn’t get a word out because the Cashier Walked away immediately leaving us unattended, and when asked again they practically yelled at us. NEVER COMING TO THE ONE ON HOWARD AGAIN. I’ll prefer to Drive all the way across town. You should really have staff members work on their customer service skills.

Do NOT go to this location! Worst experience of my life. The staff is rude, unhelpful, lack respect and have zero customer service skills. My order was wrong. They didn't give me my change so they kept extra money from me and didn't provide me with a receipt. Their "owner" better not reply with their automated message because I already filled out the online contact form.

What started off as a bad experience turned out great .The manager at this location made the experience and the food great.Virgina thank you and my kids thank you for the great and hot food.Thank you for fixing the issue and the great customer service you provided my son and I .He said mom I bet she's a great boss kinda makes you wanna work for her lol He works already but he said what a beautiful lady.She Made sure we were ok and happy.Again Virginia thank you and the kids thank you.❣️❣️

Service was quick. And staff were very nice. The only bad was the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers looked smaller and somehow sad, but still okay.
