Taco Bell

Will consistently mess up most of our order when going through the drive-thru. Been here 3 times and each time about 40-60% of the items we ordered aren’t there at all- or is replaced with a subpar item. Items are made with little in regards of proportions- not enough “meat”, too much sour cream and “cheese”. I know Taco Bell isn’t “fine dining”- but, there should at least be some standard of quality- and these guys ain’t cutting it.

I absolutely love Taco Bell, this used to be my favorite one ... not just because it's in my town but because it had been remodeled and it had new help and they were always fast and friendly, they always got your order right plus the food was fresh and . Well, something changed because now when you get your meal you aren't satisfied, the last two weeks I've been there 3 times at different times of the day and different days of the week. My chalupas are barely edible one time they were chicken instead of steak one time the steak was burnt and on every visit the chalupa bread is overdone or old and hard to chew and isn't full was also missing the sour cream one of those visits. I guess I'll just have to start eating Taco Bell when I leave town. It's really too bad because I know so many people that feel this way and I hope they can shape up before everybody gets fed up and stops going there.
