Burger King

Service has gotten worse over the past few months. Drive-thru is awful. I understand about the lunch rush and expect it but they are way slower than compared to what they used to be. I'm not annoyed about it too much since I figure there might be a labor shortage. What really did it for me was them telling me that they don't take digital coupons from their own app. I was lucky that I had a paper coupon in my car. When I finally got my food, none of my fries were even in its container. I expect maybe a few fall out but not all of them. It just reflects badly on them as it looks like they just threw in my food without caring. Sorry to say but I won't be going back there for a while. Also, the attitude of some of the staff is not great. There are some nice people who work there though.

Extremely slow even though it was a few customers inside and there were adequate staff. Came in and ordered 4 sausage biscuits and four hash browns only for them to not start the process until the manager came out and rolled out all the other orders that were literally just sitting in the pass. The girl at the register was extremely rude as well. The manager that day? She's the only reason I didn't give 1 star.

I always have the worst experience here. The food is always wrong. The customer service is always horrible. I once ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for it to be plain. I got it, not plain. I drove back through the drive through and asked them to fix it. They gave me another and were very rude about it. I check it and it’s still not plain. I park and go in. This time they’re very rude again but give me a plain sandwich finally. This visit the cashier continually cut me off while ordering. Never greeted me. My food was wrong. I give second and sometimes third chances but just go somewhere else guys. Not worth it.
