The customer Service is very friendly but the food was not hot and the hamburgers are dry! This was my first ,However the Banana Pudding Milkshake is Wonderful!

Cookout satisfies your late-night cravings. The trays are a great value for some decent food. They have a great selection of milkshake flavors, and you can mix-and-match flavors to your heart's content. You sometimes get a stomachache after eating Cookout, but it's worth it. I will forever cherish the memories I've had taking Cookout runs on church youth trips and on late college nights. Thank you Cookout for the good times, good prices, and good food.

We LOVE this Cook Out location! The staff are always professional and a pleasure to interact with every time we visit. They consistently get our family's order correct and do so with a great attitude. Please know this is THE place to visit for milkshakes, onion rings, corndogs, and burgers in Macon!

Rude customer service through the drive thru. He was rude and disrespectful. I will not spend money that I work hard for on poor customer service. I see why the parking lot has gone from full to slim. Without a change you’ll continue to lose business and valued customers.

Every time I come here there is a whole slice of onion on the burger (See below). Please chill on the onions, nobody wants to eat that. About 1/5 times it looks like the burger has been sitting in its bun for at least an hour. You can tell by the black greasy soggy bun look. I'll post a pic next time that happens to me. I have tossed my lunch before because of this. I love cookout and that is the only reason I put up with this.

I absolutely love cookout, it’s the only reason this one got 3 stars. The food is still god but the service is always TERRIBLY slow and the prep atrocious. Today, I got this “bbq sandwich plate” where they even specifically asked “do you want slaw on your sandwich?”... come on guys, keep doing a job where they can justify underpaying you and they always will.

Worst experience at a cookout so far. The girl behind the counter did not seem able to count back change, she was literally taking 5 minutes per order to ring up. All of the drinks in the drink machine in the lobby was out of service so people kept dumping out there ice creating mountains, all four trash cans were overflowing and there wasn't a single clean table in the entire restaurant
