Horrible customer service, managers was rude employees don’t know what there doing and are also rude , I went through the drive through and they got my order wrong then when I had too get out of my car defeating the point of going through the drive in the first place and went inside they would not correct my order and actually still got my order wrong again so I left fed up and cheated PLUS they can’t even make a cheese burger correctly it’s all off center and one pickle? Seriously I can do better, this is from not caring about your job or your customers.

Whenever I go here, there is always an issue. However this is the only McDonald's on my side of town so I visit often. But whenever they forget something on your order, they blame the customer. Once I order, I read the screen to make sure it's correct and I always have them to repeat my order. This particular day, I ordered, the order showed correctly on the screen, I paid at the first window, preceded to the second window and noticed I had everything except the sandwich. I then told the manager, she insisted that I was not charged for the sandwich.... But I was given my fries and the soda as I should have gotten with my Sandwich because I ordered the meal. He repeated it to me, it showed on the screen. These pple tried to get me to pay $4 and some change for something I should have gotten in the first place. Once they gave me another burger, it was dry and looked as if it had been sitting for awhile. Not fresh at all.i was very disappointed. From now on, I will have to make that drive to the other side of town.

I use to go there every morning before wk the ocmulgee location has such a turnover with there employees. They are always training new people. Well when ur on ur way to work u don't have time to sit in a drive thru for long periods of time.alsono matter wat time u go thru the drive thru n try to order frappe. Well the machine is always down..i was going there for the frappe

If you want to go to this McDonalds after 9pm, save yourself the trip. You are met with rude employees and horrible service. The person handing out the food at the window clearly looked like he didn’t want to be there. Also to the fact when he closed the window he started cussing like a sailor at the top of his lungs about why are people ordering so many drinks and about mobile orders. I’m glad I didn’t have any young children in the car to hear his loud outburst.

Went thru the drive thru tonight order a meal and an Oreo McFlurry. I guess the person who did the McFlurry didn’t get the memo that Oreo is supposed to be thru out the McFlurry. The girl taking the order. Had no customer service skills. I can’t believe McDonald’s would be happy with the quality of the service or food.

This is the worst location in the city. Every time we go, they mess up some part of our order, but this last visit was by far the worst. Even though we ordered two milkshakes, and saw both on the screen, by the time we got to the window there was only one. So, I didn't get a drink. They handed us our bag, but it is was missing three items. We're asked to show our receipt to prove we ordered them. Then they asked for our bag, to prove we didn't have the items. We're told to pull up to the Thank You sign. A few minutes later, someone comes out with our missing items, but without our first bag, so we're now missing five items. We ask for the rest of our food and our receipt. She comes back with the first bag, but we have to send her back for the receipt. We discovered one of our fries is missing, but by then we were done. We will never return to this location.

What can i say, you get what you pay. This McDonald's spot is what i would say adequate. Not the best not the worst. the drive through was poorly designed for easy access and made it so that you have to go all around the restaurant to get to it. The service is above standards i must say, it makes up for all the slack on other categories. I got my food fast and accurate. Didn't mess up my order or anything. If you come here make sure you ask for your sauces, because they wont give you none if you don't ask.
