Marco's Pizza

Would Give Zero Stars On 11/16/21 TERRY was contacted about inaccuracy of order.Tomatoes on both salads, Tomato allergy in house hold. Cheese pizza not fresh, 4 dressings short. I told him it wasn't about free food.. i express concerns,, he continued to over talk me , I mention at one point the cheese pizza wasn't freshly made.. which he said it was i reminded him that we are the customers to which he replied "I don't care!" He then abruptly hung up on me. I also expressed the fact that the orders are WRONG most of the time requiring remakes as we wait in drive through.. Check your records... too much money spent there , too much time wasted and then to be spoken to with such blatant disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. Remember Marcos... word of mouth is the best and WORST advertisement you can get. I have said over the years, I'm done! I am done. I will not be disrespected that way by anyone especially when I'm paying my money! NEVER treated that way at Papa John's or any other food establishment!

First I ordered and they gave my pizza's away. I had to wait 20 more minutes. I talked to the manager he told me he made the pizza himself he tried to argue with me and then hung up on me. This pizza is nasty looking especially when I'm from Atlanta and order at marcos all the time. My pizza never looked like this. I will be speaking to corporate on this matter. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I ordered something and was told it would be about 30-45 min.I called back 45 min later and was told my order was sitting there waiting on a driver cause they only had one driver so I asked to speak with the manager and she told me my order was still sitting there.She was rude and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. My husband and I could have been warned about the only driver instead of waiting all that time to eat.I will never eat there again,wow they have changed so much since last year.

OMG 😲 Glad we have Marcos!! We are doing more low carb food options and most of the pizza restaurants here offer cauliflower crust 🤷🏾‍♀️ that's cool but its always personal pan. But Marcos came through with the crustless pizza bowls. IT WAS F#*@ING AMAZING 👏🏽! It was a nice portion size, and it fit into our macros. Should have taken pics but it smelled soooo good we didn't waste any time digging in 🤤 Very tasty! Kudos to the crew at the one on Riverside Dr. Thanks for having amazing low carb options 😊 We will post pics next time #Keto2Go #MaconMunchies
