This is by far the rudest group of people on night shift I have ever met. Manger included. I went to pick up an online order and was told very rudly might I add that they don't make THAT sundae the customer need. So my customer changed to a different sundae. Then again was told they don't make sundaes at all anymore. DONT MAKE THAT AN ONLINE OPTION!!! ITS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT IT CAN BE ORDERED ONLINE!!!

It was really good, but they were out of basically everything I asked for:
Strawberry ice cream
Waffle cones,
And bananas. The woman that was making our order acted like she didn't like her job either....

You lost my Business today.
As I placed my order at the drive thru, I was informed you did not have Hot Fudge for a Sundae, but had chocolate syrup which was fine.
I pulled to the window and Waited, person took my money then asked what I ordered. Came back 5 minutes later saying did not Hot fudge for Sundae I said again I would take the Chocolate Syrup another 6 minutes a Girl with Pink hair slings a bag out the window which had the Sundae, No napkins, No Thank you,
Simple rudeness.

My wife and I are a Muslim couple. We have frequented Baskin Robbins several times. However, this time, we were seen and skipped over for white customers walking through the door. I immediately spoke up to where the young black male with the afro responded, "hold up"....we decided to leave. Never again. I'll gladly wait in the McDonald's line where I'm treated with warmth than to be looked over

The Baskins and Robbins on Tom Hill in Macon is disappointing. The last 5 visits to get an Ice Cream in a Waffle Cone is met with the same thing: We are out of Waffle Cones! This is at all times of the day. It’s ridiculous! You are an Ice Cream store! Clue number one: if you are running out, it must be popular, make more!!! Literally, every time lately it’s the same thing. Pathetic.
