Applebee's

Not great service. I would have been more forgiving if my server had more than two tables at a time. She told us our food was ready and it took over 10 minutes to get. Couldn't get a refill. We tip good when service is good. I know how much they get paid. I used to work as a server but if you don't do your job you don't get paid. Didn't see a manager( probably in back)

After leaving the movie theater earlier today, I took my daughter and her 3 friends to the Applebees on Zebulon Rd as part of her 12th bday celebration. We were seated quickly but I had to let the host know when we had not been served after waiting over 20 min. He said there were other larger groups of 10-15 people earlier but someone would come. It wasn’t busy at the time. A waitress finally came and took our order about 10 min later but never returned. After waiting about 45 min total without food or drinks, we left and went somewhere else to eat. I noticed people who came after us were served, so it seemed as if this location did not want to serve us.

This Was my worst experience yet!!! I normally don’t even eat Applebees because this location is normally not good in service. But today my pregnancy craving wanted potatoes.I ordered Loaded mash potatoes and a Mango/ Strawberry smoothies online. I waited 15 mins in my car after saying I have arrived. I went in store, to wait another 20 mins… All for my Mash potatoes to come out NOT loaded. I asked for the bacon, cheese, and sour cream and I was told the lady in back said “she’ll be out in 10 mins for the items” UNACCEPTABLE!!!! When I asked for the manager she didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience. I will never be back again, and I will NOT recommend this location to anyone. Horrible

One of the best outlets to hop on and grab your meal while you travel. But during rush time they take hell time to serve you but taste is good and deserts are tempting. Staff is good and parking is ample. My this review is not particularly for this outlet ,it’s collectively for all Apple bees but the pictures are from here. And we had good time in this outlet

Stopped here for lunch with my husband on the way to Atlanta for a night away without the kids. It wasn't busy which was great and we got seated right away. We decided to do the "2 for 27$" deal. The artichoke spinach dip was great but the chips slightly stale, but not enough that we sent them back. I got the 8oz sirlon which normally comes with two sides, but i asked the waiter if I could just have the french onion soup which I got :-) was very happy with that. My husband got the four cheese Mac with bacon and chicken tenders . It came out Luke warm and the cheese was a little on the watery side. Overall one of the better Applebee's we have been to.
