Not a good experience. I really needed a cup of coffee after fasting for blood work, but didn’t get extra cream and sugar I ordered. Taste like gas station coffee at best.

I went in this morning to get my online order and was greeted with a friendly, smiling face. I believe he was the owner. He spoke to everyone that came in and was just so friendly! It was so nice to see how he was busting his tail to help everyone while giving everyone a smile. You’re doing good things! I didn’t get his name but keep up the great work!

Lately I've started ordering through their app and it is ALWAYS wrong. I can understand messing up an order maybe because you misheard something the customer said, but these have been mobile orders. I order really sweet coffee with flavor shotss but what I received this morning was basically black coffee with a little milk. If you order here do not use the app.

Whoever worked on Sunday at lunch time on front counter had very long fake nails and grabbed my donuts without gloves 😕.
I was able to see all those chocolate glazed got all over her long fake nails, very nasty.

Ask for another carmel macchiato hot and got it ice cold instead! I saw 3 servers 1 getting ice the other on the phone. It took this employee atleast 10 minutes to get my coffee she started waiting on the customer behind me.

My usual go to place for my iced coffee addiction. Great and cheaper than other stores. But recently has had extremely long wait times, today for example I was in drive through for legit 30 mins to get 2 drinks. I even had ordered ahead using the app.

Extremely disappointed this morning🥺
A few years ago I purchased a DD's coffee container that holds about a medium cup of their cardboard cups. I paid $13 for it and you get your first cup free and then refills are at a discounted amount off the full price, $.30 -.40. I loved it. However, this morning I learned much to my dismay that the new owners have discontinued discounts for refilling Dunkin cups😲
Well, Dunkin coffee is good but McD's is just as good and about $1.00 cheaper than Dunkin for the same size cup. I have 2 gift cards from Dunkin but when they run out, I will be finished with Dunkin....sad part is, that I hate to leave and not return.

They're located between McDonald's and Starbucks and they hold their own! The service is fast and the staff are friendly. The and the ice coffee is too die for. I'm not a big donut fan but I've tried their breakfast sandwiches and they're really good! But I mostly go for the ice coffee. Which are priced just right! I would recommend going! Have a magnificent day❣️
