Great chicken, fast service, seriously well-organized system for getting people through fast (with the correct order :) ), and nice dining area. Wall-side tables have USB charger outlets for devices, which is a convenient perk when traveling. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Chick-fil-a is the best wherever you go. This one was very clean. The team met me with their trademark smiles and serving me was their pleasure as always. The food was good and the tea was spectacular. I will definitely go again.

This use to be the best chick-fil-a in macon. Not anymore! The service and food has gone down since this place remodeled. Food was terrible 2 months ago, I gave it a break went back today and it's still horrible! Undercooked tenders, fries cold. The workers don't even have the nice personality that I use to receiving.

Normally I have a good experience here but tonight was different. All the food was delicious, except the tortilla soup. It tasted water downed and very bland this time and in my entire bowl of soup I had one piece of chicken. My issue was the girl at drive thru. Being chick-fil-a and being more of a professional fast food environment and making manners such a quality in their employees I was surprised. When saying my order she started arguing on her head set repeatedly until she said shut up I'm with someone hence me and my toddler. Now I've been trying to get my toddler to stop saying shut up. For many that's not a big deal but I don't appreciate the fact that my child picked up on it from of all places a chick-fil-a employee. I will be sure to drive to the other locations for now on.

This Chick-fil-A is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been at in a while. The line took about 30 minutes to get through and then when we got to the front they said that they had just dropped my tenders and asked if I’d like to wait for them to come up or get something else. Es no bueno

I really don't understand why they remolded this place if the quality was going to diminish. This is the WORST CFA. The staff is beyond rude and today there was a bug in my salad. Not my first problem there. I really I wish could give zero stars.

The drive thru system here was amazing. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I've never seen anything like it. They out our order right, and made the wait quite pleasant. The food was fresh a delicious. This location is superb! I was surprisingly impressed.
