Fazoli's is amazingly good for being "fast food" Italian. While it's really American Italian, it's great for what it is and is generally as good as Olive Garden but cheaper and faster. I had the Class Baked Sampler which included Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti with Meatballs, and Lasagna all covered with cheese then baked. It was delicious. The bread sticks are super yummy and they have a great choice of sodas as well. Excellent food, excellent value, and the staff was also very nice and helpful.

The staff of this Fazoli's was very hardworking. The manager checked on us personally several times. Our food came out quickly even though we came during a rush. The loaded fettuccine was great, as was the Italian sampler. The fried mozzarella could have been hotter and I am definitely not a fan of the boneless wings...
Of particular note was Ronya (?), who brought us bread sticks, checked to make sure we were good, and kept our table cleared of empty dishes. And she did it all with a smile. We would definitely come back.

The staff is always super friendly even when it's packed. Bryan and Ruben go out of there way to make sure your order is right and keep coming to the table to refill bread and check to make sure you have all you need. The food is delicious too.

Restaurant (inside and out) and restrooms clean. Employees knowledgeable about menu and in uniform guest-focused. Food was delicious, delivered to the table promptly and was checked on 2 times during meal and brought bread sticks. Highly recommend this location!

I've always ordered on DoorDash but went inside for a pick up order because I had a coupon apparently the menu is double the size in store. I was greeted by the best worker Brian he was absolutely amazing the store was absolutely clean and he was super helpful and food was amazing! I love the chicken carbonara and sliders and boneless wings and meatballs and bread sticks. Amazing service!!!!

So good. I haven’t been to one in ages. The breadsticks are heaven. It’s like a crescent roll met garlic butter. I’m actually glad I don’t live near one i would eat there every day,
