I requested that an order be delivered to where I work. It took EXACTLY one hour for me to get my order. I called the location after it had been over thirty minutes since my order had been processed and was told by the alleged Store Manager that the "driver didn't see anyone and couldn't get ahold of (me) so he came back" The driver himself admitted to only "approaching and not seeing anyone at the front" It's past 11:30 PM there's no receptionist on duty. The driver also made NO attempt to come in. If you're ordering to your place of work in the evening (6 to 10 PM) you'd better watch for them or else they'll use this same excuse. I wish I could give NO stars yet I have to give at least one (when I really wish I could give a NEGATIVE rating).

Staff not trained, leads to horrible wait times and miscommunication, was told I was being a smart ass for requesting only drums but apparently it's against "corporate policy". Can't wait to finish typing my letter to the franchise senior representatives so I can have this scrum removed.

They're ingredients are good and pizza is good if done correctly but often I've gotten underdone pizza and when you ask them to make sure it is cooked through they end up burning your pizza. Staff is apparently not trained well

I would like management to recognize the young employee named Eddie at the Macomb store. He is very polite and has Excellent customer service skills which made me want to come back in the future.

They don't listen to your order at all. Even when you call them a second time around they still can't get it right. I work in the food industry also so I know how hectic it can get. But they just don't get it.

Ordered a spinach alfredo pizza it was roasted from the bottom and too hard to consume.The crust was tough as a "rock".This is not what we expected a pizza of "Papa Johns " to be .I am really upset with such an experience.
