Horrible experience! And I won't be back! I pulled up to the drive thru window with my coupons and was told how much I owed. I asked a question about the price and was very rudely told that all my coupons had been applied and she said she still needed 76 cents which I paid. When she was closing the window she started ranting very loudly about how I was wanting to argue with her and kept on ranting. Maybe she had a long day, but I had just gotten off work and all I wanted was to get some dinner. I did nothing to deserve that unprofessional attitude and she is definitely not in the right line of work for her personality. To top it all off, the biscuits were as hard as a rock!

Give the sweet girl at the counter inside KFC Macomb a raise. She is friendly, attentive, and submits orders with accuracy however the management doesn’t seem to like typing in their manager numbers so she can proceed with the transaction. Rude, unprofessional management. A hard worker deserves decent leadership. I don’t usually post but I have had this experience at this location many times and it needs to change.

The people at this location have always been courteous but they constantly mess up food orders and the food has become inedible. The mashed potatoes is pasty glue with gravy. The biscuits seem to be their tougher blander cousin. You can threaten to beat someone lifeless with one of the hockey pucks. Once you take the skin off the chicken it has no flavor. And some how the chicken can be dry and slimy at the same time. Makes you long for the slime of White Castle which at least has a flavor you can choke down without the rest of it coming back up. Tried the new fries. Let’s say that at least they taste better than the chicken but if staleness was an Olympic sport they’d win the gold. Just oh my god it is so bad. The next time I want fried chicken I will get nuggets from Wendy’s.
